The resopón
The midnight bite
The resopón is the late-night snack served at Valencian weddings. We give it a twist: rolls built fresh in front of your guests, with meat off the spit and our own sauces.
It works just as well at communions, birthdays and company parties, when the night runs long and everyone wants proper food.
Themed table
A table styled to match your wedding, with sweet and savoury bites in mini format: buñuelos, empanadas and mini rolls. Book it with the late-night bar or on its own.

FAQ
What's the difference between the late-night bar and the themed table?
The late-night bar is a live station where we build rolls to order. The themed table is a decorated buffet of mini bites. Book either one or both.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend 2 to 4 months. May to September is peak wedding season and dates go fast.
How many rolls per guest?
On average 1 to 1.5 per guest for the late-night bar. We adjust it with you depending on timing and the rest of the menu.
Are there vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes. Every bar includes a vegan option and we have gluten-free bread on request.
Can we taste it first?
For weddings we hold a tasting so you know the food and we can fine-tune the menu.
Where do you cater?
Alicante city and surroundings: San Juan, El Campello, San Vicente, Mutxamel, Santa Pola and Elche. For other areas, just ask.
What do you need at the venue?
A power point and access to water. If the venue has neither, we can arrange a generator.
