2. Why we use your data
The data you give us via WhatsApp, email or this website's forms is used to:
- Answer your questions and requests.
- Handle orders and catering quotes for events and weddings.
- Send you marketing about our products and services, only if you expressly agree to it.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given when you send us a message, and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (for example, when you ask for a quote for your event).
4. Recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. What you send through this website's forms reaches hello@krew.es by email through our hosting server, which acts as data processor; the website does not store the messages.
To prevent abuse, we keep an encrypted, non-reversible identifier of your IP address for 15 minutes. If you choose to send via WhatsApp, you send the message from your own account and WhatsApp handles it under its own policy.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have a relationship with Krew and, after that, for the periods required by law.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@krew.es. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against alteration, loss and unauthorised processing or access.
