Kebap could be better
KREW was born from years working behind a kebap spit and seeing it could be better: real meat, bread that doesn't fall apart and sauces we make ourselves.
No shortcuts, nothing frozen at the last minute. We marinate, grill over charcoal and build every roll to order, right in front of you.
We call it fast (but good) food: fast because you're hungry, good because we don't know any other way.
What we never compromise on
No beating around the spit
Nothing frozen
We use fresh meat that we marinate ourselves. Nothing on our spit has been through a freezer.
No shortcuts
Sauces, pickles and marinades all come out of our kitchen. If it can be made in-house, we make it in-house.
No rush
Quick to serve, slow to cook. Meat needs time to marinate and time on the fire, and we give it that.
